Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) invites your firm to submit a proposal to contract for towing services for the Placer County Freeway Service Patrol (FSP). Please note: The Placer County FSP program is made possible using grant funding secured from federal and State grant funds. As such, this contract is subject to termination should federal and State grant funds be eliminated at any time during the term of the contract.
