The Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services to complete final design engineering services for the proposed Highway 65 Widening Phase 1 project.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the project, outlines proposal requirements, lists the criteria that will be used to evaluate the proposals, and provides the selection schedule.
Five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal, using the format specified in the RFP, should be delivered to:

RFP DEADLINE: 3:00 PM ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2017
The RFP deadline is firm. Late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
