SHORT RANGE TRANSIT PLANS FOR AUBURN TRANSIT, PLACER COUNTY TRANSIT AND ROSEVILLE TRANSIT

The Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is seeking proposals from qualified transit consultants to update concurrently the adopted Short Range Transit Plans for Auburn Transit, Placer County Transit and Roseville Transit. Attached is the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Short Range Transit Plans should be completed during fiscal year 2017/2018. The total consultant budget to prepare the three Short Range Transit Plans is not to exceed $180,000.

Proposals are due no later than:

4:00 PM, Friday, August 4, 2017

PCTPA will not accept proposals after that time or date, and will return unopened any proposals that are received late. Prospective consultants should provide five (5) copies and one (1) electronic copy of their proposal.  It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded in either August or September 2017.

PCTPA reserves the right to award all or portions of this contract as described in the Request for Proposal.   PCTPA reserves the right to negotiate directly with subcontractors.  PCTPA is an equal opportunity employer, and women and minority owned businesses (DBEs) are encouraged to apply.

The Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is seeking proposals from qualified transit consultants to prepare a Short Range Transit Plan for the Western Placer Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (WPCTSA). Attached is the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Short Range Transit Plan should be completed during fiscal year 2017/2018. The total consultant budget to prepare the WPCTSA Short Range Transit Plan is not to exceed $35,000.
