Public Notice: Placer County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Consistency Determination for the Special Use District B Specific Plan

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN (including all property owners within 300 feet of the Specific Plan’s boundary lines) that the Placer County Airport Land Use Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Special Use District (SUD) B Northeast Quadrant Specific Plan and General Plan Amendment consistency with the Placer County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan. The SUD-B Northeast Quadrant Specific Plan is bordered by Nicolaus Road to the north, Nelson Lane to the west, Highway 65 Bypass to the south, and the City of Lincoln to the east. The assessor parcel numbers included in the proposed Specific Plan are 021-262-001, 021-262-034, 021-262-035, and 009-031-028. SUD-B Northeast Quadrant Specific Plan proposes a low-density residential development of up to 430 units including 4.0 acres of neighborhood parks, 22.6 acres of open space, 69.7 acres of commercial uses with an option to convert 5.0 acres of commercial to multifamily residential, along with associated infrastructure on an approximately 198.4-acre site within the City of Lincoln’s Sphere of Influence. Lincoln Regional Airport is located northwest of the Specific Plan area.
