Public Notice: Independence at Lincoln Project General Plan Amendment and Rezone Consistency Review

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN (including all property owners within 300 feet of the project boundary) that the Placer County Airport Land Use Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Independence at Lincoln Project General Plan Amendment and Rezone consistency with the Placer County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan. The proposed Independence at Lincoln Project is located on 194.2 acres, formerly the City of Lincoln wastewater treatment facility, south of Nicolaus Road and east of Nelson Lane (APNs: 021-262-006, 021-262-010, 021-262-012, and 021-262-038). Lincoln Regional Airport is located nearby, northwest of the project site. The applicant, Lewis Land Developers LLC, proposes to construct a 575 single-family unit master-planned residential community on the project site. The public hearing will be held on:
