Public Notice: Lakeside 7 General Plan Amendment and Rezone Consistency

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN (including all property owners within 300 feet of the Specific Plan’s boundary lines) that the Placer County Airport Land Use Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Village 7 General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan Amendment/Rezone consistency with the Placer County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan. The Village 7 Specific Plan is located in the City of Lincoln south and west of the Highway 65 Bypass. The applicant, Lewis Communities, proposes to amend land use designations surrounding the future intersection of Ferrari Ranch Road and Central Boulevard. The proposal would rearrange approved land uses in a manner the applicant believes better responds to current market conditions and would not result in an increase or decrease of total dwelling units within Village 7. The public hearing will be held on:
