NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Placer County ALUC to consider adoption of new ALUCPs and Negative Declarations for Auburn Municipal, Blue Canyon and Lincoln Regional airports. The new ALUCPs will replace the existing plans adopted in 2000. Each ALUCP is intended to promote compatibility between airport operations and surrounding land uses considering noise, safety, airspace protection and overflight effects. Neither the ALUCPs nor the ALUC have authority over existing land uses or operation of airports; nor do the ALUCPs propose any future airport or land use development, or other physical changes to the environment. Said public hearing will be heard on:
WEDNESDAY, January 22, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. (or as close to this time as possible)
Placer County Board of Supervisors Chambers (The Domes)

All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing. The ALUC will accept comments during a 45-day review period from December 16, 2013 to January 31, 2014. All comments must be submitted by January 31, 2014 to the address above. Adoption of the ALUCPs and Negative Declarations is tentatively scheduled for February 26, 2014.
Copies of the ALUCPs and Negative Declarations are available for public review and hard copies are available for examination during business hours at:
