Public Notice: Fullerton Ranch Subdivision Proposed Rezone Consistency Review

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN (including all property owners within 300 feet of the subdivision’s boundary lines) that the Placer County Airport Land Use Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed rezone application for the Fullerton Ranch Subdivision and its consistency with the Placer County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan. The Fullerton Ranch Subdivision is located in the City of Lincoln at 2269 Nicolaus Road (APNs: 021-310-094-000, 021-310-095-000 and 021-310-96-000). Lincoln Regional Airport is located northwest of the subdivision. The applicant, Terravest Capital Partners LP, proposes to rezone the subdivision from existing Rural Estate zoning to Planned Development zoning. The Fullerton Ranch subdivision will consist of 82 single-family residences and ancillary units on approximately 19.7 acres. The public hearing will be held on:
