Placer County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Update

Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is seeking proposals from qualified aviation consultants to prepare an update to the 2014 Placer County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) and to complete accompanying California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation. The maximum consultant budget to prepare the ALUCP Update is $180,000. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM, Friday, April 24, 2020 to:

RFP Deadline: 4:00 PM on Friday, April 24th, 2020

PCTPA will not accept proposals after that time or date and postmarks will not be accepted. PCTPA will return unopened any proposals that are received late. Prospective consultants should provide five (5) printed copies and one (1) electronic file (pdf) of the technical proposal along with one (1) cost proposal. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.

PCTPA reserves the right to reject all proposals, award all or portions of this contract as described in the Request for Proposals. PCTPA reserves the right to negotiate directly with subcontractors.
