Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) as the administrative lead agency for the consortium of agencies, is seeking proposals from qualified consultant(s) to prepare the Riego Road/Baseline Road Widening Project PIDE. The maximum consultant budget is $100,000 for the PIDE.
If the selected consultant team successfully completes the PIDE on schedule, on budget, and to the satisfaction of the agencies, the consultant team will be requested to provide a proposal for the project’s environmental, design, and right of way phases without going through the traditional consultant selection process.
Prospective consultants should deliver three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF copy of their proposal to:

The RFP deadline is firm. Late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
PCTPA reserves the right to reject all proposals, award all or portions of this contract as described in the Request for Proposals. PCTPA reserves the right to negotiate directly with subcontractors.
