The Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA), the South Placer Regional Transportation Authority and the Western Placer Consolidated Transportation Service Agency are seeking proposals from individuals or auditing firms that are qualified to perform fiscal and compliance audits for the five (5) fiscal years 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2022/22 and 2022/23 and to prepare an annual report of the financial transactions in accordance with PUC Sections 99406 and 99245, California Code of Regulations Section 6660, and notifications from the State Controller’s office for those fiscal years.
