Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) invites your firm to submit a proposal to contract for towing services for the Placer County Freeway Service Patrol (FSP). PCTPA reserves the right to reject all proposals, award all or portions of this contract as described in the Request for Proposals. PCTPA reserves the right to negotiate directly with subcontractors. Please note: The Placer County FSP program is made possible using grant funding secured from federal and State grant funds. As such, this contract is subject to termination should federal and State grant funds be eliminated at any time during the term of the contract.
