The Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services to provide services to complete Project Approval & Environmental Documents (PA&ED), Plans Specifications & Estimates (PS&E), and Right-of-Way (ROW) support to close the sidewalk gaps on Highway 49 from I-80 to Dry Creek Road.
Five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal, using the format specified in the RFP, should be delivered to:

The RFP deadline is firm. Late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 2017.
