The Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), develop traffic performance indicators, and conduct public outreach for the update of the Regional Transportation Plan.

The RFP deadline is firm. Late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
Prospective consultants should provide three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of their proposal (PDF Format). It is expected that a contract will be awarded in December 2018.
