PCTPA is soliciting proposals to conduct performance audits of PCTPA and four transit operators under PCTPA’s planning jurisdiction for fiscal years 2018/19 through 2020/21. The performance audits must be completed during fiscal year 2021/22 and in compliance with relevant sections of the Transportation Development Act (TDA) as amended. The consultant budget for all performance audits is not to exceed $40,000.
Prospective consultants should deliver five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF copy of their proposal to:

Proposals must be received no later than Friday, October 1, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. The electronic PDF version of the proposal may be delivered on a flash drive (or other device) or via email by the deadline.
PCTPA will not accept proposals after that time or date and will return unopened proposals that are received after the deadline.
